For this project, Ben Grace was brought on by director Rakesh Thind to film and edit a series of behind-the-scenes featurettes documenting the production of ‘Jamaica Inn’, the debut single from gothic powerhouse Danze Macabre, featuring Mark and Steve Owers of Lionsheart fame.
The featurettes offered a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the music video, capturing the atmosphere of the shoot, the creative process and the people bringing the project to life. From candid moments between takes to conversations with the cast and crew, the footage was shaped into engaging pieces that give audiences a glimpse beyond the finished video.
Working alongside Rakesh and the wider production team, Ben handled both the filming and editing, creating polished promotional content designed to complement the main music video and build anticipation around Danze Macabre’s debut release.
It was a great opportunity to document the making of an ambitious gothic production while working with an exciting new musical act and a team of experienced filmmakers and performers.
